Blue Diamond (yes another one)

BD has been my Jean Valjean lately. What are her little off-shoulder sleeves? How are you supposed to draw her weird hair loop??? How do I accurately portray an alien with the power to spew depression gas? I don't know the answers yet, but I'll get it someday!
